For Labor Day we decided to go up to Mesa Falls and have a little picnic up there. I really wanted to get a delicious sandwich at Great Harvest, but of course they were closed. They're always closed when we go. The drive up wasn't bad at all. There were some pretty spots as we headed up the mountain. When we got there we decided to eat first and the bugs would not leave us alone. They pretty much hated me. This one massive horse fly in particular decided to bite me twice. Don't get me wrong, I like going camping and enjoying the pretty scenery, but when it comes to food, I'd like to eat in peace without being attacked by bugs. There aren't any pictures of our picnic, because we wanted to hurry and get away from the bugs. Then we headed to the falls.
When Blake first saw it his eyes got big and he whispered whoa. So Funny
I'm not a fan of heights so I decided to stand back and take pictures instead. I'm a wimp, I know.
Overall it was a pretty fun trip. Although next time I'm bringing bug spray
